This is the story of Lara's past and present and how she just went with the flow of life and ended up in the perfect place.
Due to the pandemic Lara's daughters come to the cherry farm to help their parents with the cherry picking. And thus, Lara stars talking about her past on the request of her daughters and how she knew the famous star, Duke.
This is a clean and smooth story where the pages turn automatically. There are no expectations and no disappointments here. Lara's story is mesmerizing and her bravery and will power is really great. Lara's grandmother is the best character because she is always there for Lara, supporting her. Overall, it's a wonderful book filled with multiple life lessons woven in the story, and is a must read.
