This is the fourth book in the Harry Potter series.
It's definitely interesting compared to the pervious books because of new characters and yes the Triwizard tournament. Voldemort was missing in the previous book but turns out he was planning a great comeback and was creating a mastermind plot. Harry does end up winning but at what cost? Now that Voldemort is back who will stand by Harry and help him defeat You Know Who? Well that might be explained in the further books. Overall, it's a great and interesting book and is a must-read if you are a Harry Potter fan or love Fantasy.
