This is a pure Non-Fiction book. The author talks about five personalities of the five Pandvas in depth.
The book contains certain stories from the Mahabharata for each of the Pandava and then the author along with others discuss and analyse the situation in depth. They also relate the five personalities with modern day corporate lifestyle by taking real world examples experienced by the people having the discussion.
The book is well written overall and does make the reader think of situations and experiences and how one has or should handle them.
