This book is about farm animals who revolt against their master and end up kicking him out of the farm. They take in charge of the farm and do all the things that humans do. But there is disagreement and things go sideways with the animals working more and more and getting less food in return. Not to forget the rule of the Pig Napoleon who thinks is always right and takes over the farm.

It was a quick read and the book can be read in one sitting. It tells us that power wins over brains. Snowball had the brains and could have been a good leader, but Napoleon had the power and convinced everyone that Snowball was a traitor. The book could have had a happy ending with things getting sorted out but it doesn't. Overall, it's a good read but a sad one though.
