AND THEN THERE WERE NONE

My Rating - 5/5

Agatha Christie has done it again! This is one of the best books ever written.

One island, ten strangers who are individually guilty, one recorded message. That's all that is needed for a suspense filled novel. Each and every page is damn interesting. There's no doubt of getting bored at any point of the book.

It's all based on the rhyme 'Ten Little Indians', and how each of the ten start dying based on that. When the first person dies, they all think it’s an accident, but after a while they realize that that is not the case and start investigating, thinking that someone is behind the killings. After a thorough search of the Island, they discard that thought after finding no one other than themselves and conclude that once of them is the killer. Each one suspects the other and things start getting interesting. But the killings continue.

Just as any other Agatha Christie book, it is not easy to guess the killer. The suspense is high and the pages turn for themselves, there's no doubt in that.

Overall, It's a fantastic book and definitely worth the time. The only drawback is that there are too many characters with different backgrounds. But as the story progresses, things start getting clear. If you've guessed the killer while reading the book then you're a genius!
